By accessing or using the Horizonclear Atelier website, services, and catalog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration and Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Horizonclear Atelier reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds are granted only in cases of proven technical failure on our side within 14 days of purchase. Credit card refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, drawings, and content are the exclusive property of Horizonclear Atelier. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Horizonclear Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
